JUKI Label Feeder

Works for KE750, KE2010‑KE2080, FX‑1, FX‑2, FX‑3 series JUKI pick‑and‑place machines. Supports label size up to 98 mm width.

 

Samsung(Hanwha) Label Feeder

Two series available: SM series for SM320,SM321,SM411,SM421,SM431,SM471,SM481,SM482; HM series for HM510, HM520.

 

Fuji Label Feeder

Designed for Fuji NXT I, NXT II, NXT III placement machines, stable feeding for PCB barcode and QR‑code labels.

Important note: Each label feeder is brand‑locked. One model cannot work across different machine brands. Cross‑brand installation will cause mechanical mismatch and communication failure.

 

With QOSMT label feeder, you do not need to purchase extra independent labeling equipment. Your existing pick‑and‑place machine can complete label peeling, picking and placement inline during SMT assembly.
